Team placement notifications are announced shortly after the evaluation process has ended. Tuition bills are sent to players shortly after the announcement. Once placed on a travel team, a player has 10 days to accept the placement in the form of a $150 non-refundable Team Placement fee (fee typically due by April 15th). This fee is applied toward tuition. If the placement fee is not received by its due date, the member risks losing their spot on the placed team and is not allowed to participate in club activities until paid. Placement fees received after the due date will incur a $25 late fee.
